The process begins with a simple blood draw, similar to a routine lab test. The blood is placed in a centrifuge to isolate the Platelet-Rich Plasma, which contains highly concentrated growth factors. This plasma is then injected into specific areas using a very fine needle to trigger the body’s natural healing and rejuvenation processes.

Comfort is a priority. Before the procedure, a high-strength local numbing cream is applied to the treatment area. Most clients report feeling only mild pressure or a slight tingling sensation during the injection process.

The entire appointment typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. This includes the time needed for the numbing cream to take effect, the blood processing, and the actual injection, which only takes a few minutes.

Because the P-Shot uses your own blood (autologous treatment), the risk of an allergic reaction or rejection is virtually zero. Some men may experience minor redness, swelling, or slight bruising at the injection site for 24–48 hours, but there is no downtime. Most clients can return to work and normal activities—including sexual activity—the same day or the next day.
